By using Vistela Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

Vistela Studio allows you to generate AI-powered surface designs and order printed products. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Designs you generate using Vistela Studio are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Payments and Orders

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Once an order is placed and production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Please review your design and order details carefully before checkout.

5. Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases as products are made to order.

6. Disclaimer

Vistela Studio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will meet your specific expectations. Screen colors may vary from printed output.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
